As the processor and underwriter for The Busch Team, Dorothy Pagano plays an important role. A graduate of Radford University, Dorothy has been at First Savings Mortgage for nearly 18 years. Her duties include reviewing borrowers’ income, asset, and credit documentation to insure underwriting guidelines are met.
