Maiden & Associates was established in 1981 as a full service Architectural/Engineering design firm. Our staff consists of talented and licensed architects, and professional civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and fire safety engineers. Approximately 75% of our projects are renovation and adaptive re-use with one-half being offices and banks; and 25% new construction and industrial facilities. We specialize in housing and condominium conversions, office space planing (tenant build-outs), health clinics, retail spaces and restaurants, banks and electric substations.

Since 1990, Zahn Design Architects has been working with clients to design projects that exceed expectations.
