Abstract: This is a great all around article. It mainly looks at homeowners still taking out equity even though housing prices are stable/declining. This declining equity position and inability to pull more funds could have a lasting impact on the economy. If nothing else, please read the last paragraph for the conclusion. It�s in stark contrast to all the economic data/reports we are seeing today.
