insurance fee from 1.75% to 2.25% on April 5th.
FHA is set to increase their upfront mortgage insurance fee from 1.75% to 2.25% April 5th. If you are a borrower or a realtor working with a borrower who's prepared to ratify a contract or already has a ratified contract, please contact me immediately to avoid paying the increase in upfront fees.
