Recently my husband and I re-financed our home loan in order to get a lower interest rate. I first checked the rates on the internet to get a general idea of where they were and then I called Greg Busch to see what he was offering. (Mr. Busch gave us the original loan and we were very pleased with that rate and with the way everything was handled and therefore, wanted to see what he was offering this time around.)

Greg Busch was responsive and offered us a good deal. But it was Greg Simmons who did the “heavy lifting” in walking me through the reams of (electronic!) paperwork; of answering my questions and concerns; and in explaining all that was needed and why. He was professional, well-informed, capable, courteous and, most importantly, true to his word.(When he saw that the final amount on the settlement page was $50 less than what he promised me it would be, he had it changed. Certainly not a big deal to him; but it meant a lot to me.)

In other words, Greg Simmons acted like a nice guy with real integrity!

Mr. Simmons----at a time when Conventional Wisdom says to be wary of those in the banking, housing and loan industries---strikes me as the perfect rebuke to that courant notion. And although I realize that in your competitive business there is a place for the aggressive sharks and go-getters, I am relieved to know that you also see value in what the Greg Simmons’s “bring to the table.”
